If he was insured you really won't need a lawyer the judge will make sure he pays for all the medical bills even if he does not have insurance.

I dont know the answer but am greatful to hear about your child's life.. your going to be rich soon and any lawyer will take that case.. its just a matter of what % there going to take for "fees" and whatever other terms they use to screw you.. good luck though, and remember.. it already turned out better then it could have so from here on its nothing but a plus..

I got hit by a car when I was even younger, 5 years old, and in the head, to boot. But, we let the man off.
Of course, your man was probably drunk the day before Thanksgiving. That is what a lot of people do during holidays.
If she was not hit in the head, count your blessings and let him off the hook.
Buy yourself some Karma. It could be you in the same spot and then people around you showing you no mercy.

if you didn't get a police a report, it will just be a hit a run, the man being drunk doesn't matter if he wasn't at scene or iving any type of breathlyzer or soberity test. Best you can sue for his some medical damges and some for pain and suffering

You don't need an attorney. Contact the persons insurance company to file a claim for the medical costs. I assume you don't have medical insurance otherwise you would be able to communicate(in english) coherently. I also assume you are looking to find a PI attorney for the "quick" cash. If her shoulder is dislocated it will cost you more in court fees than it will to rehabilitate her shoulder.
Why the hell are you asking this question over the Internet? If you want an attorney, get out the phone book, look in the yellow pages and call an attorney.

Or be pragmatic, worry about your daughters well-being, not cash! Also, forget the word attorney, it's people like you who make me pay excessive premiums, to cover your ***!
