Background Check Question?

I am on felony probation until 4.20.09 and i am in the process of finding another job. most jobs these days do have background checks. i know i have a stay of adjudication meaning that as long as i follow the probation rules i will be out of jail and on 4.20.09 everything will be dropped, but until then on a background check will my felony pop-up??

i am just 19 years old looking for summer work before i go back to college, this isn't a 6 figure job or anything

If they search the public records in your County Court House they will find your felony.

This is a matter of public record and most likely it will show up in a background check.
Your best bet is to be upfront and honest on your application. There are plenty of companies that recognize that sometimes good people make stupid mistakes. Be persistent, but also recognize that lots of folks will frown upon this fact and may not extend an offer of employment, depending on the position.
