theriseingwrath	I don't know exactly what you mean but I think i know. it is not illegal to own tobacco. it is illegal to sell alcohol and tobacco to a minor though. Doc Holiday	No you have to be 18 nin some states and 21 in others and retail establishment that sells these products to minors can lose their liquor license and retail license and have to pay heavy fines and the managers may be open to criminal charges as well.
