After testing for a job, how long should it take to here back from the employer?
Its been like 3 weeks since I took the test. What is your experience w/ this?
it depends on the type of employer you're talking about. If its a huge company, then you might not hear back so quckly, however a follow-up phone call/email would be appropriate after about 2 weeks. If its a lower-key employer, such as a convenience store, you should hear back within two weeks. By now, since its been 3 weeks, i would give them a call asking if they have reviewed the application, or in your case, the test results.. Good luck, hope i was helpful
