Who should I report to for someone I know for endangering her unborn fetus?

She's 15 weeks along. I've heard that she heard the placenta was detachced or something and that she could miscarry. She was a heroin addict and now I've heard that she's been shooting up on at least more than 1 occasion. This is making me sick! Can I anonmously report her? I'd rather her be in jail where she can't get access to drugs! This is unthinkable.

best bet call her obgyn amd report the suspected drug use he will order a drug test
you are soo sadly misinformed
there are tons of drugs in prison prison is the worst place for her she needs rehab not jail

I don't know of anywhere she can be charged for "endangering the fetus", but heroin is illegal to possess, anywhere. The problem is that if you report it anonymously the police are not going to have probable cause to search her and find the drugs so she can be arrested.
There may not be anything you can do.
