Maybe, the judge might go easier on you, but he doesn't have to. Many women have babies while in jail.

Nope. You just sentenced that baby to foster care for several years to come.
You should never, EVER get pregnant for the stupid reason you did. You should be pregnant because you want a child, and can support one. No other reason.

nope...only celebrities can get away with that. They will just place you in medical care..once the baby is born she/he will be sent to the father or the care that is considered safe until you are released.

Nope! If the judge says your going away, your going away and yours won't be the first baby born behind bars nor the last. Here is an article you should look at: http://www2.tbo.com/content/2008/may/25/na-babies-moms-behind-bars-bond-in-nursery-program/?news-nationworld

No, they don't care whether you are pregnant or not unless you have complications with the pregnancy, then they may assign house arrest. I feel bad for your baby as it's selfish mother only conceived it to stay out of jail....nice.

no, but when your baby is born they will take it away from you because you can't have a child in prison. you should have thought of this before you got pregnant. you probably wouldn't have gone to jail anyway.

Nope sure won't. And you'll give birth in a cold, dangerous prison. And then your baby will be taken away and given to its father or next of kin, or worse yet, foster care.

Please tell me you are joking.
Or did you think your child would grow up proud of being born in prison? Great story to tell in the group home where he/she will be raised.

Sounds like you think you can play with the system. Trust me, you will lose. Many babies are born in prison. In some states you can have your baby with you for a short while to breast feed and bond. In some states they take the baby away from you immediately. Why in the world would you risk that by breaking your probation. Your poor child, that is not a reason to bring another life into the world.
