I was involved in a fight around thanksgiving 2008 where me and the other person both sustained injuries, the other person pressed charges and i did not. its been 4 months now and i have pictures of the injuries i sustained during the fight can i still press charges?
The statute of limitations would be one year but you cannot press charges, you can sign a complaint with the police and they will determine whether there is sufficient evidence to bring charges.!~!
