Ok, sorry for the re-post and appreciate all of your answers before but there was a little more i should have explained. So, We live in GA, one child was born in TN, and the other was born in Germany on US territory... Is there anyway i can just go to the vital records in the county I am in now with the originals and get them to certify me a copy... I just need them ASAP.. thanks for your answers!

No. The local registrar in Georgia cannot provide a certified copy. A certified copy is made by the custodian of the original record.
Go to the Tennesee Department of Health - http://health.state.tn.us/vr - for information on how to obtain a certified copy from their records.
