snikoda	Smoking is not illegal as long as you are in the right place. There are so many establishments and places that prohibit the use of smoking. In your case of smoking dead leaves, you better stop that 'coz it might have elements that are harmful to human body. Who knows? So its better to restrain yourself. As the old saying, "prevention is better that cure.." And also you might get used on that. That it may just triggers yourself from smoking a real cigarette and worse, marijuana.
