You are probably talking to a 45 year old man that still lives at home with his mommy and beats off to you typing nightly. Secondly, it will all depend on what state you are planning to bone this guy in if it is illegal or not. The age of consent varies from state to state. Lastly, try going to a damn club or something like that. I am quite sure they have them in all countries. Find a local person that you can confirm is what they tell you they are before traveling across a damn ocean to bone them.
