swings1534	I use it when it isn't. Recently Mass. has decriminalized marijuana use and hopefully more states will follow. Update The war on drugs has been an utter distaster in terms of financial loss and deterrence of drug use. There are many non violent citizens taking up jail space and wasting tax payer money punishing marijuana possession.
