BonesofaTeacher	See that's the thing. You can't trust people. He wasn't tricked into anything. He had the freedom to use a condom. He is not taking responsibility for his actions. It's kind of like a woman saying a guy tricked her cuz he said he would not come inside her but he did and she got pregnant. You have to protect yourself, not trust others to do it. phantomknight70	if he was truly tricked, yes i would say its wrong. but legally the court is not going to look at it that way. they basic opioion of any court is ONE; what is in the best interest of the child and Two; not knowning is no excuse for the law the courts opioion will be that you should be more careful with your spunk. even if a woman goes to a sperm bank to get pregant she can sue the sperm doner for child support. lovesugarkisses	i know what you mean by this and women are horrible because its something that happens almost all the time. condoms get poked holes, they say there on the pill and show them the package, tubes tied, all types of stuff and its crazy. and if the guy is careful and uses a condom the girl can still get pregnant.
