Be honest with your attorney, if he is to represent you in a law suit it would be in your best interest that you disclose any and all relevant information to the best of your ability.

All you can do is say "sorry i lied to you, i was panicked" and hopefully nothing will happen. He/she will find our eventually so u might as well tell him/her. has your lawyer said anything in court about it yet? because if he/she had then you might be in trouble or your lawyer would be in trouble for getting their facts wrong. nothing bad should happen

Just call your lawyer and tell him/her. He will find out eventually... through your medical records, etc. I work for a personal injury law firm and it happens all of the time. Clients think they can get away without telling us stuff and then we find out. Just tell him/her that you were nervous and that's why you lied. They will understand and I'm sure they will still represent you unless it severely affects your case.

You should tell him you lied. If the police came to the first accident or you used insurance to repair your car they will most definitely find out that you were in another accident.

Come clean. Lawyers aren't the best people to lie to. I have a family full of them. Your lawyer will be ok if you tell them you were nervous at the time.

Two people you never lie to, your doctor or your lawyer.
Call him and tell him the truth he already knows it is a matter of public record. He has access by means of his computer to public records and they do check up on all their clients or at least their ssecretary's do.
