How to get resonable Phone Contact with your children?

I would like to know what can be done to be able to get resonable phone contact with my children? The Custodial Parent refuses to let me speak to them when I call and will not allow them to call me it is a control issue with her she actually thinks its a game and laughs about it. What steps can I take to get phone contact with them?

You can take it back to court. It will take time and attorney fees, and there is no guarantee she will follow the order of the court. You could also time your calls to coincide with times she is not at home, or give your children a cellphone when they visit

This is a stupid game she is playing. Keeping your kids from speaking to Dad or talking bad about him is divorce 101 of not what to do. I feel for you.
If they or you go behind her back she will torture the kids worse. They will be like why can't I talk to my Dad? And read all sorts of other things into it.
You need to take it back to court simple as that.
But take heart in that this will bite her in the butt someday. Not to bore you but if I may.
My mother did not allow me to speak to my father for many years. When I became an adult I called him and went to see him. He presented me with a huge box of letters that he had sent over the years that were sent back with "addressee unknown" with my mothers hand writing on front. Im sure half of the others were just ripped up.So if applicable you might consider sending cards or money (use a check of course so you can prove that you did).... even if you have to send them via certified mail. Might help in court as it would show that you are an engaged parent.
Point is once I knew the truth I was pissed off at my mother for years and saw her in a new light. I saw my father in a new light and saw that he really tried. Now years later all is well but I am still a bit pissed. But on the upside my father and I are like two peas in a pod and have a great relationship.
She will regret this one day.But for now or when you can you need to take it back to court.
