How long should it take to recieve certified letter from court?

My BF is separated..
he lives here in OH with me, his ex lives in TX. She is suppossed to be filing there, as its apparantly cheaper to file there. She said she filed a few days ago, and that he should be getting the paperwork by certified mail soon.. he will have to notarize and send it back to complete the divorce.
How long should it take to get the letter tho? I dont know if she sent it.. or if she filed and the court is suppossed to be sending it.

Courts do not send certified mail. She must send it. It depends solely on her. Good luck with that. Divorces are messy and people don't always do what they say they will ... I've been there.
