Kyle, when you stand before the judge. Cry, and then cry after that cry. and say "I'm sorry"over and over and over. Got it?

The judge will reduce it. Dress nicely, be respectful, sorrowful for what you did. You'll have fines, but I can guarantee you the judge will reduce it. Good luck and may a lesson be learned from this before you kill someone and have to live with it for the rest of your life.

sounds to me like the cop let you off. he wrote it up at 79; you were probably over eighty. you will get an enormous fine. but that's probably all you get, except for a lot of points. probably. you can see jail time in some states for that fast.
