crapsake	Most definately! Every offender knows their rights too well now. They squeeze out of everything on damn technicalities! I for one hate the thought of paying for these ****** while they sit on their ** all day watching TV and DVDs, or playing music on their hi-fi, or working out in the multi gym that everybody else on the planet has to pay hundreds of pounds to join. Their rights? They should have no rights. That is what they forfeit along with their freedom when they choose to commit these crimes. We have no deterrent. It is a long and debatable subject, so to make it simple to understand, say the offender was the only person in existence, the answer is no. Say he has a partner, the answer still is no. Now say there are three, then the answer is perhaps. Customs and what is right or wrong build up with the number of people concerned, so how can we judge if, often we are the greatest collective offender. Therefore, I repeat, NO.
