Molly M	They are considered legal tender so they can be used to make a purchase but not every cashier will recognize/be aware that they are legal since you don't see a lot in circulation. Nientech	You may find that some companies/stores will not take them, but most will knowing that the bank will provide for their value and destroy them appropriately.
