You can't sit at a bar and drink with them in NH. You have to be 21. You can't get into some casinos either. Otherwise your legal.

If both partners are over the age of consent in the particular jurisdiction, there is nothing that law enfocement can be do to them - as long as both are consenting.
If it is a matter of concern for you, most jurisdictions in Canada and the US have their Criminal codes on-line.
One thing to keep in mind - since you are asking about sex, many jurisdictions in the US have laws requiring their Police Officers to look into bedroom windows and charge people having sex in "immoral ways."
