MrKnowItAll	As your guardian she has the right to make decisions for you in most contexts, so she can fill out most sorts of forms for you. There may be a few things she can't sign on your behalf, but suing your Mom is usually not worth it. Even if you won, she probably spends WAY more on you than you could get as damages. Connor	You can if it was forcing you to do something that wasn't in your best health interests. Like lets say she signed you up for a surgery that wasn't 100% NEEDED to save your life and you didn't want to do it but she forced it on you then yes you can sue. However just for filling out the form for you no, you are a minor and the form you fill out isn't legal because you are a minor.
