Why would you want to do that? You only have one mom and unless you want to burn bridges then I suggest you just leave it alone. Tell her to never do that again without your permission and let it go.

Um, well that is forgery. But she is your mom. If it was something like legal documents or something important then ask her if you should of signed it. See if that is ok for her to do. You can't sue her though, you are 15 and she is your legal guardian. It is fine.

No, you're underage and not allowed to sign off for yourself. You're also a nasty little toad.

IF SHE FILLED IT OUT CORRECTLY THEN WHATS THE PROBLEM. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR ASKING.

As your guardian she has the right to make decisions for you in most contexts, so she can fill out most sorts of forms for you.
There may be a few things she can't sign on your behalf, but suing your Mom is usually not worth it. Even if you won, she probably spends WAY more on you than you could get as damages. And how would you pay the lawyer to represent you?

I remember when my mum put peanut butter in my sandwiches rather than rasberry jelly. I went straight to the police station. She is now serving 25 years without parol. That will teach her.
Maybe you should ask your mum to put you up for adoption and when you live with a strange family, you will start to love her more and regret ever trying to sue her for such a dumbass thing.

You can if it was forcing you to do something that wasn't in your best health interests.
Like lets say she signed you up for a surgery that wasn't 100% NEEDED to save your life and you didn't want to do it but she forced it on you then yes you can sue.
However just for filling out the form for you no, you are a minor and the form you fill out isn't legal because you are a minor. However she she turns the form in you can say I didn't get to fill it out and it was sapposed to be filled out by me.

Even if you could, why would you? She's your mother, douche! And you can't. She is your legal guardian and has rights that you don't until you're 18. You're only a minor.

No. You are a minor so she automatically has "power of attorney." Maybe your mum should apply the board of education to help you learn some respect though.
