What would happen in real life if this really happened at a McDonald's? What would the reprecussions be?

Former professional wrestler Hulk Hogan gets shorted a chicken nugget out of a 20-piece at McDonald's and as a result, he jumps over the counter, runs back to the grill area to confront the grill cook, gets all pysched up, tears his shirt off, points to the grill cook while saying "YOU!!!", blocks the punches of the grill cook, and then gives him a bodyslam and a legdrop and then starts flexing his muscles afterwards.
1) Would the grill cook get in trouble since he threw the first punch?
2) Would Hulk Hogan get in trouble just for defending himself and fighting back after blocking the punches of the grill cook? Why or why not?
3) How much laughter would there be on the news for this?
4) And let's assume the grill cook is a male over the age of 18.
Additional Details
And let's assume this grill cook is not some muscle-bound bodybuilder like Hulk Hogan, rather he's a guy with a regular build who'se no match for Hulk Hogan.

I would come bounding out of nowhere, steal the chicken nuggets, get Hulk Hogan's autograph, take 'em both down, and then call the police and say me and Hogan were on a date and he beat the guy up for me since he screwed up my Happy Meal. That's what would happen. ;D

1) the grill cook would not get in trouble if he han convince the cops that he was acting in self defense and if he did not lie to them.
2) Hulk Hogan will get in trouble for assault because he jumped over the counter and body slam and leg dropped him.
3) There would probably be plenty of laughter in the media since its all that for a chicken nugget.
