You cannot have the gun on you if you do not have a license...wether it is visble or not..it cannot be carried on your body without a permit.

Uh, yea, covered is concealed, whether you see a shape or not. My question is, if you don't have a concealed weapons carry permit, does that mean you are legal to carry one unconcealed. Sounds like it would work, doesn't it?

I hope you are not serious. Concealed carry is just that. Unless you have a concealed weapons permit you cannot carry a concealed firearm.
