there will be a bench warrant issued in Idaho for your arrest. Your license will be revoked so you won't be able to transfer it to another state. You won't be able to get car insurance. And, depending on the state, they may honor the arrest warant.

Yes you can. But you better be back for the trial. You are not guilty yet. It's when probation tells you that you can't or that you've got to notify them. The law makes it V clear on what you can and cannot do. You'll know when your *** isnt supposed to step out of state.
