They'll probably dismiss the case. That is of course, if it is your first offense. I have so many friends that this has happened to and they've gotten off. I even have a few friends where the weed was given back to them by the cops. I live in Miami. If you do have to face a judge, make sure you stress that you are going to school and you will change. It sounds corny, but it works. Let them know that you truly are sorry. BTW i though Canada was relaxed with weed laws.
Well you can kiss any well paying job in the future goodbye. Any job that does background checks is going to see that. You people who live your life around smoking pot never cease to amaze me. it's the most important thing in your life.
