I know I should know the answer to this.
I have three young kids and DO follow bus and school zone rules.

I was driving at 12:22pm by a school at 39MPH (clocked).
The limit in the norm is 35MPH.

I thought the school zone limits of 25MPH were for beginning of school in the morning and after school at like 3pm (which I do follow).

I didn't know that the 25MPG is supposed to be in effect at noon? or all day? the internet has varying answers.

Insight is appreciated.

yes, i did get ticket. my first is over 10 years and I feel like it was on a technicality, esp when i'm a safe driver.
