Can I be charged with anything for harassing a telemarketer that calls me at home?
These people really annoy me, so I enjoy asking them questions like "What are you wearing?" "You have a nice voice, can you describe yourself?" and much much worse...
Sometimes I make fun of their voice, or something else personal I can pick up on.
I know its rude, and lots of you are going to say I'm mean...but the question is "Could they ever have me charged?"

No. They called you so they are responsible for the call and free to hang up at any time. Now, if you called them back to just give them a hard time, you're toast.
If I don't have anything to do, I find out if it is a long distance call for them and then just keep them talking for as long as I can. It's amazing what they will tell you when they are trying to sell you something. I always tell them, at some point, that I'm not interested in buying and then start asking them questions about where they are, what the weather is like, do they like it there and etc. They are all trained to keep trying to sell to you even if you said you weren't interested. They won't hang up until they try at least twice to change your mind, so you can keep them talking for a long time. I've already told them I'm not interested, so it's their problem that they waste their money talking to me. My record is about 80 minutes. I was actually the one tired of talking by that time.

Thats better than mine, I try to sell them products when they call me. I also try cuss them off, I tell them I will have good sex with their mothers tonight and don't forget to wake me up in the morning followed by a bunch of cuss words.

i have done that many times i think its funny.. usually i ask for hoe do i make payments if i want a lot of this stuff . and ask if they are selling anything else .. make a big purchase.. and then i ask them can k have ther CC# because mine is in collections
