Some tickets require court appearances
You may have to go pay it in person....

There is always a physical way to take care of a ticket. In person at the courthouse. Often times the officer will give an addressed envelope with the ticket in which to place a cashiers check or money order.

What you don't want to do is ignore it. In many jurisdictions, having your name in the court's system is a matter of simple data entry. If your particular jurisdiction is behind in this task, it may explain why your name isn't there. Granted March 13th was a little over two weeks ago and that certainly seems like enough time. But a simple phone call with the citation number and date ought to clear this right up.

since you could not find your name in the system look for a docket or ticket number. if still no luck then go to the traffic court where you live and pay it.

Call them and ask.
