jomcgre3	The only ones that can help you out are the police or Dept. of Motor Vehicles. They will only do it for a good reason. Accident, hit & run, etc. I don't think your reason will qualify, but you can ask. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

buttrfly52	the only way that I know of is going to the division that handles your plates in whatever country you are in with an unsealed stamped envelop with the letter inside. That way they can read the letter and decide whether or not to send it. Another option is to go to different sites and try to find her that way. Bardic	DVLA won't help in this case. You complete a form explaining why you need the data and it will only be for a genuine reason, e.g. a hit & run off the highway, otherwise the police would be doing the searching. Needs to be a genuine & justifiable reason, you see, because of the Data Protection Act, and you need to satisfy them as to your need and also pay a fee. You won't get the info for a "social" reason. Karl 09	sorry here in there UK it is illegal to find a person by the number plate there is no way of doing this except phoning the DVLA and being a police officer no citizens can find out any information like this as people could track people down. ______________________________________... The Transporter	Nice idea but it's classified under the Data Protection Act and held by the DVLA, otherwise you could track down the idiots who carve you up and do nasty things to them.
