kuntryguyy	If your name is already on the title as a co-owner with your father, then he has to sign the title in the sellers space. Then tatke the title and your license to your DMV and transfer it to just your name. In NJ, it runs $10 to transfer a title, should be about the same where you are. Demosthenes	Have him sign the back of the title, you as well sign the back of the title. Also you will more then likely need to take in proof of insurance.
