They just may get their money back from the responsible party if you weren't at fault and reimburse your deductible depending on the amount they get back. (that's called subrogation.) legalissues	You need to check your insurance policy language as the they types of insurance coverages you have Please be aware that certain states require different minimum coverages some of which could protect you in this type of situaiton. Also even if the driver that hit you does have a suspended license, (assuming the driver is at fault) the vehicle involved may be insured and have Property Damage Coverage. If there is no insurance on the at-fault vehicle then if you have colllision or comparable insurance in your state you should be covered subject to any type of deductible you have. Thus the first key is to determine is fault of the accident, 2nd is if theres any insurance from teh driver or owner of the at fault vehicle if different then check with your own policy. In most states, if someone causes an accident without insurance you can forward the report to that states DMV and they will let you know if there was indeed no insurance. oklatom	Since he was driving with your permission, your insurance will cover it since you have full coverage. It will be less your deductible of course. You will also be at fault in the accident.
