Newgran	I've heard of a little known scheme set up by the government which you can claim compensation for damage caused by un insured drivers. I dont know what its called but I do know that all major insurance companies pay into ti. your insurance company should know how to access it. Julia B	Take his a** to small claims court and get a judgement for the 600 pounds. If he fails to pay it, which is probable since no insurance, go back to court and report him for failing to comply with the court order. Once you do that, you can ask the court to place a lien on any property he owns if he is an adult or if he is a minor place the lien on his parent's home and any other property -like their car.
