You're not "supposed" to get your license on a Sunday. The DOT offices aren't open. Actually, you're never "supposed" to get it. If you're not ELIGIBLE to get your license until a Sunday, you have to wait until the day the offices are open, AFTER that Sunday.

Depends. If your first license you must be of age on or before the day you get it. If renewal you can do it up to 30 days ahead of when your current one expires.
