Carl B	The only way really is to pay 100 pounds and take the driving test then you'll get the lisence. To get funding there are many ways, the best way would obviously be to get a job, you should be able to save up 100 pounds within a week or so but that's if you already have a car to practise in. You could also sell stuff on ebay for money. I mean if you don't have the money for a lisence how will you afford to keep a car. You could also make a fake lisence although that would be totally useless considering police check them anyway, you might as well drive without one if the only one you have is fake. Bruce W	From what I've read, the unemployed, lone parents or the disabled in LIverpool can receive free driving lessons. Your best bet is to contact your local Jobcentre for more information.
