nonyahbusiness	If you are an illegal alien (Mexican or other) in the USA don't worry about it. Most illegals don't give the right name or don't show up at court and change their names for their next job and get new fake ID papers from whoever the illegals get them from. Law enforcement generally doesn't pursue these cases. There was a case in my area where an illegal had 3 drunk driving convictions plus a huge amount of other driving convictions yet he was able to get out without very much time in jail. That was until he was drunk and killed a married couple in a head on crash at like 2pm in the afternoon. If you are a US citizen (or citizen of your country) then you are up the creek unless you are rich and can hire a very expensive lawyer or pay off the local government. Be aware that the other driver or his insurance may sue you so if you have money or property you may loose it. If you are poor to start with then it won't matter.
