roninryu8	I think it's more of an expression. But I could see it ONLY if the person lives in their car, an apartment, or a trailer. Which in most cases if someone has a more expensive car than their house its probably a trailer. A lotta cars range from 40k-100k dollars, i'd say thats more than a trailer. Tree	People who are upside down in a car loan who can't afford to fix their car, and therefore trade it in at a huge loss to get another more expensive car at a not great interest rate. And NPR and the nightly news just this past week featured a neighborhood in Detroit where you can buy a house from $100 on up.
