I was in an auto accident not my fault I had full coverage on my car however there insurance was going to pay for damages but state farm (their ins) deemed my car a total loss and they are going to pay me out my car is paid for outright however i put it up for collateral to take a loan out which I am still paying for so the credit union has a lien on it I will continue to pay for the loan my question is will they still pay me out give me something or deem my car a loss and not give me anything I don't know if you can do that by law anyways any advice if great thanks all

If the loan company has a financial lien on the vehicle, they have the title. The other insurance carrier will ask for current registration & if you don't have the title may make the check out to both...you & the finance company.
