Ok, so i crashed into the back of someone, they got their bumper fixed and i got a letter from my insurance company, but does this mean i will lose my no claims bonus??

T W	Yes you will lose some of your NCD, if you have not protected it, Also your premium will increase because you have become more of a risk. Insurance is Legalised Robbery & sheeple complain about plumbers charges? Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

IVAN B	Hi I have a friend and the same thing happened him. He had a deal with his insurance company where they paid for it and if he could pay back the insurance company before his renewal date he would not loose his NCD. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

Alan	it depends. If your insurance policy is "protected" then no you won`t lose you NCD. If it isn`t protected then yes you will lose you NCD but not all of only a percentage of it. this can be anything from 5-20% you will have to check with your insurer exactly how much. this will only take effect at renewal time Was this answer helpful to you? awphotog	If the claim went through your insurance company and you don't have protected NCB then in all likelyhood yes you will. Some insurance companies allow for minor "fenderbenders" though. You will have to check with your insurance company. ) Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No
