Once one "safe" country has offered you asylum or refugee status, you are barred from applying for asylum/refugee status anywhere else. You have no need of asylum since you are in a "safe" country.
What you want is to live off taxpayers' money. Tough! Taxpayers everywhere are broke, tax receipts are down and cities, counties, provinces, countries are running out of money. Nobody is going to pay your living expenses for you. If you cannot or will not produce enough to provide for yourself, you're stuck. Either bust your buns to work and provide for yourself or stop taking up space on the planet. Waste of oxygen.
