homerbethy	The administration is only working off of the previous admin's treaties and agreements. Which coincidentally has given DRNK the funds and resources to conduct these tests. alanninn	here are the facts..first off he is a nut! we have been dealing with his father and him since 1950 ,a fact. all of the administrations have delt with him,a fact! he has constantly defied the usa and every other country he has dealt with..when we closed bi lateral talks with him in 1998 during bill clintons term it was because of his disregaurd to nuclear prolifiations set by all governments,a fact! we refused in 98 to talk with him one on one because he finger pointed everytime to the united states as the guilty party! a fact! so we entered into a agreement with china,russia,south korea,and japan so he couldn't just blame the united states!a fact.when you negotiate with a dictator one on one it is a he says we said cenario!a fact!this gives him the upper hand !in 6 party talks he has to say it infront of everyone and he doesn't want that because the blame game stops..i hope this helps you,this is a problem people don't understand,no one was wrong! we are trying and continue to..
