Sparky	Anybody who knows you for at least 2 years that is not related. I actually asked my boss to do it. I received my passport with no problem. All else failing, if you have recently moved & no one around has known you for long enough, the post office can do it (As it said on the application. Andy	A professional: we have used dentists, doctors, solicitors, barristers, school head teachers -- you can also use policemen. Basically they want someone they can trace if they have to. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No
