You can file at the American Embassy in Brazil or here. Your best bet is to file in the US. File for I130. This will take about a year for processing. You can go to www.uscis.com and down load the file, fill it out and send it in with the correct $$$. The process is long but your rewards are great when you do it the legal way! Good luck!
Once married you would apply for either a K-3 or CR-1 visa at the service center designated for your state. Once it is approved, the service center will forward your petition to the NVC, who will forward it to the Embassy/Consulate in Brazil. The Embassy/Consulate in Brazil will then schedule an interview for your wife, and if approved at the interview, will receive her visa to come to the US then.
She should be able to, My friend who is an American married her husband in Jordan Iran and he was able to obtain a visa approval to come live in the states however it did take like 11/2 years, to get approved.
