Can you elaborate on your question a little as it is rather vague. You would have to have a passport to come here from another country or else you would not be admitted entry upon arrival.

Contact the embassy of the country you consider yourself a citizen of. Explain the situation to them and see if they will intervene on your behalf.
If you are a minor child and the situation is that your non-custodial parent spirited you to the U.S. then they will likely not wish to get involved. In an instance like this, you will probably have to wait until you are 21 for the appropriate embassy to get involved.
Most embassies will not interfere in custodial issues involving minor children unless you - or someone acting on your behalf - can prove a crime was committed that is recognized in the country in which you now reside. For example, if your mother is Albanian and your father is American and kidnaps you, the U.S. will most likely view you as an American citizen no matter what you and your mother consider yourself. Therefore the position the U.S. would take is that of your father. However, since you are legally an adult at 21 in the U.S., when you turned 21, it shouldn't be a problem returning to the country from which you were taken so long as that country is willing to issue you appropriate documentation.

The fact that you posted this in "Embassies and Consulates" indicates you already know the answer. If you call or go to an embassy or consulate of your native country, they should be able to help you get home. That's one of their major activities -- helping distressed travellers.
And seriously, if you were kidnapped you shoudl go to the police; that's a serious crime and should be reported. And what's the worst they can do, deport you? Send you home? Isn't that what you want?

contact the police, the US State Department, USCIS and the embassy or consulate of the country you claim to be a citizen of.
Also the international Red Cross or Red Crescent might be able to help.

You could contact Phoenix - They are said to be something like the A Team popularized on tv in the 80's, but they are real and are said to go in when most law enforcement agents have given up. Just kidding.
If someone is being held involuntarily, contact the local police/sheriff or FBI office. You should also contact the person's embassy.

Tell your custodian about your country of origin to seek help. They should contact the embassy of your country to verify your citizenship and that is only the way for your situation.
