Dunrobin	Canada has a points system for immigrants. You have to prove you will make a contribution to the country before they will admit you. Once gets points for education, language ability, investment one is bringing to the country, where one wants to live (we don't want all the immigrants living in the same place), etc, and gets accepted if you have enough points.
