lynn01	No u cant apply for a visa at 16 but other choices would be to get a green dot card(sold at walmart) used like a visa, its a prepaid card. Check it out. Or u can get a debit card at Bank of America. You can get a student checking account put money in it and get a debit card that's a visa. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

philady	i think you can't send applications online.... But you can browse on the website of the forms to be downloaded in your application. and on your age you still need a guidance from your parents, in our country you can't even get passport if you can't produce a certificate of permission from your parents especially from your mother's side. You have to ask assistance and guidance of your parents, because it's not that easy to get a visa. Even people who have much income denied. How much more for 16 years old like you.
