How can an American Citizen get granted residency in Andorra?
Since there is no Andorran Embassy or Counsulate in the USA I have e-mailed the Spanish Counsulate, Spanish Embassy,-- even the French Counsulate. Does anyone know the procedure an American citizen would have to do to get granted a temporary residency in Andorra?
Your best approach will be to actually go to Andorra and initiate the arrangements while you are there through the services of a local (qualified) attorney. Remember, in this principality, money talks, but you better have a lot, it will only be a whisper.
