Additional Details I know that the goverment is in need of help in the medical field, and they want billingual personel, is there a special visa for that, let's say english and certifications are not a problem....
I am sure they could, although if they wanted to work as a dentist I am sure that they would have to meet the US certifications for dentistry to practice it.
