If Bush was getting a little something something under the table maybe he would be more laid back and we would not be at war. Someone should give Monica the Nobel Peace Prize....can we find someone willing to be an outlet for Bush's aggression?

Really the Presidents sex life is no business of anybody but he and his wife. Repuglicans took it to extreme measures in order to assassinate his character. It really served no purpose because he is still more popular then George Bush.

I agree. All the Washington politicians a having sex outside of marriage. I mean, come on. People need to wake up. It doesn't mean he wasn't a good president and it didn't affect his ability to run the country. Plus, all the environmental policies he put in to effect, Bush is killing so all his oil rich buddies can kill innocent animals on their hunting trips.

Yes he was ripped off, He was a good president and though the other party with the prosecutor Starr trying his best and spending $70 million to investigate all of the various business dealings the Clintons were involved in they had to go to the trouble to sit him up. Sure he told a lie about the relationship they had but any man would have done the same. Forgive me if I am wrong but I did not think that there was a law that said you should be impeached for that if so then most of the men in America and women to would be in jail. I say sit up because who knows anyone that gets semen on a dress and locks it up don't you dry clean it? So if the sheep in this country would have looked at the evidence they would have be less inclined to pass judgement and seen what the truth was just a ploy by the republicans to get him out of office. So they could make their money and help the rich.

Bill Clinton, despite not only the Monica Lewinski scandal, and also several other events while he was in term; his Political and Diplomatical acheivements to the common good of our own Country and the greater good of others, was greatly overshadowed by the Scandal, which was manipulated by certain individuals; in an oppurtunity to remove Clinton. In comparison to George Bush, I would leave my life in the hands of Bill Clinton.

It was all quite overdone. It should have been handled as a family situation, not exposed to the entire world. The President should have been allowed to be President - Who knows what bad guys he might have gotten rid of in 1998 if he'd actually had the chance to focus on his job of President? Many people say that a lot had to be put on hold so Clinton could defend himself.
I think what the congress did it was a grand waste of time and tax money. Very insulting and inappropriate.
That said, I do not approve of Bill's cheating on his spouse. Very bad form. But Bill's cheating is a topic for Bill, Hillary and Chelsea. I should not have known all the details! None of my business.
Telling congress to focus on America - instead of Monica? That IS my business. I am proud to live in a country where I can say this! Very proud. Let's work on keeping this country free, not on exposing people's private matters. If we chased down every adulterer publicly, there'd be nothing else on the news...

Clinton lied; no one died. Bush lied and almost a million have died. Millions were spent to investigate the Clintons and nothing ever came out of it. Bush's administration has had one scandal after another: Abramoff, DeLay, Foley and wait until they look into Cheney and Halliburton. They have cost the citizens of this country billions.

He made an *** out of himself punching his clown in front of some ugly intern, which was acceptable. But perjury to a grand jury doesn't deserve a 'break'.

I think his cheating on his wife has nothing to do with his job which he did wonderfully by the way. He got treated the way he did because
1. The men were upset because he got his dick sucked by a 22yr old and they can get their dick up to even get it sucked and if they could no one would.
2. The women were upset not because he got his dick sucked it because they didn't get to suck it.
Thats pretty much the truth about the situation.

No, I don't think he got a bum rap.
The President of the United States should be held to a higher standard that others. He's supposed to be the best of the best and represent the best ideals of this country.
Women in this nation have long been trying to fight the previous stereotype or misconception that women in the office can be used as toys for men of power. The President of the US took a young lady...somebody's daughter...and had his way with her in The White House...at his desk...while he was at work. I'm not saying that Monica was an innocent party here. I am saying that Bill Clinton should have known better since he is older...allegedly wiser...and was in a position of power and authority. He shouldn't have influenced a young intern to meet his sexual cravings. If she was the one that tried to initiate the encounters, than he should have taken the high road and told her she was being inappropriate. I think it sends a bad message to America that young women can be taken advantage of by men in power and that message was sent by the President of the United States. Same thing is true of that Foley creep. The President of the United states set a bad example for people in power that have young people working for them.
The second place where Bill Clinton went wrong was his famous , "I did not have sexual relations with that women," speech. He should have come out and made a statement to the country when the allegations began to surface. He should have said, the allegations coming out are true. I was wrong. Instead, he furthor wronged a young women by calling her a liar.
I think he probably made a lot of fathers question sending their daughters off to intern positions in government and business. The same is true of Foley these days. I think he created an environment of mistrust. He and Hillary can scream about right-wing conspiracies all they want. Ultimately, it was a left-wing's misuse of his position of power and his inability to surpress his desires that led to the situation. There was no conspiracy. He did it and he lied to the country and said he didn't do it. The republicans wouldn't have had a case had there not been a crime.

Bill Clinton was treated more fair then he should have been. He disgraced his family. He disgraced himself. He stood on National TV and swore he did not have sexual relations with that woman and let his wife swear it was all a Right Wing Conspiracy and then came the dress. Our president should be a role model for the younger generation and instead he %#*# with a young girl and then lied about it. He should have been booted out of office. He did no more then teach the younger generation its all right to cheat on your wife. What about his daughter, how tough do you think that had to be on her? If you think he did nothing wrong and got treated unfairly, then you have no morals either.
