We go in to a car crash with my teacher?

This mourning me and my mother got into a car crash with one of my old teacher she only has a only minor cuts that i can think of. Well me and my mother is ok my mother is more upset than me. I got of it ten minutes ago though my back is in pain from the car jerking us . Well the question is how can i get rid of this pain other than moving my muscles around and how can i calm down my mother?
