***Traffic / red light camera's.....time limit?????****?
Hi,
I had just been driving on a 40mph road and found that a traffic light had just gone on amber as i was passing but as i crossed the light it became red. no flash was given by the camer but again i could have missed it as i was concentrating on the road ahead.
The light would litterally have gone on red on the exact time my car passed it.
Would i have got a ticket or is there a delay from the point the red light occures until the camera becomes active?
If the light went red just before / as you crossed the line then you could get a ticket. If you had time to see the red light appear then you would have had time to stop while it was amber.
