New Law On Young Driver's In Ontario?

Okay so I heard about the new law in Ontario that was recently passed. All g2 and g1 drivers under the age of 21 can at all times, only have one other teenage passenger in the car & if they get one speeding ticket, their license is taken away.
I was just wondering, does any one know how long the license would be taken away for? And I also heard that if they do take it away, you have to re-do your g1 test and your g2 test. Is that true?
Additional Details
ohh.. and does anyone know how much the fine would be if you had more than one passenger?

The suspensions go as follows: First speeding ticket is a 30-day suspension, 2nd speeding ticket is a 60 day suspension, and 3rd speeding ticket is a complete suspension leaving you with no option but to begin the whole license stage again, meaning back to the G1 test. Now I can officially get my full G so this would be a major inconvenience for me.
The Passanger law is so much more rediculous considering the ammount of promotion our government does on Environmental safety, not only will young teens need more vehicles to get somewhere, teens without lisences will not have much of a choice but to get one which adds motorists to our already crowded roads. This also could result in some sports teams or social clubs to rely on local establishments and facilities which in a town like Orangeville, is VERY limited, and it could also result in cancellations of certain rep sports or out of town social clubs.
Lastly the passenger rule is terrible for the fact that many teens go out drinking and it is hard to stop that, but promoting Designated Driving is hard to do when one driver can only take one person at a time, which means we rely on more kids driving home, and that raises chances of children drinking and driving due to the fact they would have no other way home.
Great Plan Ontario . . . Go against everything that you originally stood for Libs!!!
I'm a voting 18 year old and I feel the Liberal party has just lost my support at the Provincial level, and I and VERY pro Liberal!
